I remember back in my early school days I was that girl who used the be the most talkative and loved by every teacher, always smiling. But with time that talkative and chirpy girl lost somewhere , do you all want to know why??
Yes I was a victim of "Bullying" harsh but the ugly truth.
Those who have faced bullying during some part of the life either bullied at school, college, at work or by so called frenimies will relate how a persons whole perspective towards life change due
to this carp of a thing called Bullying. We became more and more reserve to our-self, always fearing if someone is watching us having fun or what will people say if I do this If I do that. There is a drastic change in our thinking, living constantly in the fear and pressure of bullying.
That smile which used to melts heart turn into grumpy face those sparking eyes that used to dream turns sour and dry. We like to be left alone prefer dark over bright yes bullying does this to a person.
So what can we do. Should we surrender to these people who are constantly bullying us ?
This is the ques you all have to ask yourself and your heart, soul and mind will give you the answer you need.
And if you still are in doubt and don't know what to do if you are bullied then here are some best tips and tricks to help you which I had followed myself.
1. Stop living in the shadows
Whenever we suffer bullying we tend to shell our-self in our own world. Our eyes are always in search of those who bully us and the only thing we want is to be lost in the crowd of people so that they can't reach us. Is this the solution? I will say a Big NOOO
Don't change yourself for other instead of hiding face your fears you don't need to be a superhuman like Batman to conquer bullying all you need is courage and break that shell and rock you have been hiding under.
2. Make friends
It is not that difficult to find friends that really care for you and vice versa. Don't be a loner cuz you are bullied and you can't trust anyone give others a change to be your friend become not everyone is same. Alone you can move a mile but together you can move the world.
Be a sport don't be a loner.
3. Be a bull
You all know Bull right ?? He is massive, strong , determined . You have to be like that. stand in front of the bullying. Don't give up Say No if you don't like something and raise your voice , don't be afraid if people laughs at you, mock you just say No and they will eventually back off. Its better to stand that to be laid back.
4. Be creative and Inspiring
Enhance you expertise , learn something new everyday. Don't ever stop dreaming and try hard to achieve your dreams and goal this is one of the best possible ways that will put a tight slap on those who have bullied you.
and last but not the least
5. Talk to you parents they are you ultimate buddies
It may not sound good to some of you to discuss you problem because we always think what will they say , how will they react , will it be embarrassing to them or to us. Stop thinking all these questions in your mind they are your parents who gave birth to you they will always understand
what you must be going through and will guide you and tell to fight with personal experience as they have seen a lot and have a lot to share with you.
So my favorite people don't let bullying trap you in a cage. Be free and rise , shine like a diamond in the sky.
